We are not responsible for the below conditions,

  1. All items are accepted at "Owner's Risk." We are not responsible for Inherent defects, Color bleeding, Stains, Shrinkage, or damage to embellishments (beads, zippers, buttons) and Wear & Tear of weak fabrics.
  2. We are not liable for Loss or Damage to valuables (Cash, Jewellery) left in garments.
  3. Stain Removal: While we use professional techniques, 100% stain removal is not guaranteed.
  4. Care Labels: Customers should notify us of specific care instructions. We are not liable for damage to items without legible care labels.
  5. In the event of unforeseen circumstances where clothes get burnt/missing, maximum liability on Laundry will be INR 250 or bill value which ever is less per order if reported within 24 hours only.
  6. Weight taken in beginning will be final, there may be a loss of weight up to 15-50g/kg due to moisture, lint/dirt removed after wash.
  7. Any Clothes/Fabrics if not collected in 30 days shall be given for charity.

General Website Terms & Condition

  1. Description of Service : Washly Laundry provides on-demand laundry and dry-cleaning collection, processing, and delivery services. By scheduling a booking through our website, you agree to comply with these terms. We reserve the right to refuse service to any user or reject specific garments (e.g., heavily soiled or biohazardous items).
  2. User Accounts and Bookings : Users must provide accurate personal, contact, and payment information. All bookings are subject to acceptance and availability within our designated service zones. You may cancel or reschedule a booking up to 2 hours prior to your scheduled window without penalty. Late cancellations may incur a fee.
  3. Garment Care and Pocket Items : Customers are solely responsible for emptying all pockets before handing over garments. Washly Laundry is not liable for damage to clothing or items caused by objects left in pockets (such as pens, lip balm, or coins). We follow the manufacturer’s care labels; if an item lacks a care label, we wash it using standard commercial protocols at the owner’s risk.
  4. Damaged or Missing Items Claims : Any claim regarding damaged or missing garments must be submitted to our customer service team within 24 hours of delivery. You must provide the original booking receipt and photographic proof of damage. Our liability for any proven lost or damaged item is strictly capped at a maximum of 10 times the individual cleaning cost of that item, regardless of its original brand value.
  5. Pick-up, Delivery, and Unclaimed Property : We strive to meet your selected time slots, but delivery windows are estimates. If you are not present during a scheduled window, we will attempt to contact you. A redelivery fee may apply. Garments that cannot be delivered and remain unclaimed for more than 30 days will be considered abandoned and may be donated to charity.
