Terms and Conditions

We are not responsible for the below conditions,

  1. Color Bleeding, Stains, Wear & Tear of weak fabrics and Shrinking of fabrics/clothes, kindly inform in the beginning.
  2. Loss of Coins, Jewellery, Watch, Cash, Buttons/Cufflinks or any loose items.
  3. Any Clothes/Fabrics if not collected in 30 days shall be given for charity.
  4. In the event of unforeseen circumstances where clothes get burnt/missing, maximum liability on Laundry will be INR 250 or bill value which ever is less per order if reported within 24 hours only.
  5. Weight taken in beginning will be final, there may be a loss of weight up to 15-50g/kg due to moisture, lint/dirt removed after wash.
